Delivery & Shipping
We use Evri (formerly Hermes) to deliver your orders securely and with full tracking. All parcels are carefully packed, and you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Processing time
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery options
- Evri Standard (2–4 working days)
Delivered to your address with tracking. No signature required.
- Evri ParcelShop Drop-off
Have your parcel delivered to a nearby Evri ParcelShop for collection at your convenience.
If you require a specific delivery method or special instructions (such as requiring a signature), please contact us before placing your order. Additional charges may apply.
Shipping costs
- Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and postage.
- Handling fees are fixed; transport fees vary based on the total weight and destination of your order.
- We recommend grouping items into one order. We cannot combine separate orders once placed—shipping fees will apply to each order.
Packaging
We take special care with fragile items. All boxes are appropriately sized, and your items will be well protected during transport.
Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an Evri tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
